All orders are processed and shipped within 2 – 3 business days by either Canada Post or Courier. If an order is placed over the weekend or during the holidays, such order will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on the weekends or holidays.

In the event that we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should there be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We offer the following shipping options:

Shipping within Canada

Flat Rate Fee $15. Delivery estimate is 2  – 7 business days.
Free Shipping on orders over $150
Express Shipping (2 – 4 business days) is available for $30

 

Shipping to the U.S.

Flat Rate Fee $20. Delivery estimate is 2 – 7 business days.
Free Shipping on orders over $200
Express Shipping (2 – 5 business days) is available for $30 

 

Shipping outside Canada and the U.S.

We currently ship intentionally. However, we will not be responsible for any incurring customs and duties fees. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the buyer to pay upon the delivery of your package.

Damages

If an item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage, and email it to us along with a request for a replacement. We will be more than happy to take care of that for you. Our email address is nourish@maalutallow.ca.
